DELHI – SRINAGAR (L/D) BY AI-825, 10:15/11:45

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to the houseboat. You’ll receive a warm welcome with traditional Kashmiri Tea called “Kahwa.”

After settling in, enjoy lunch, and then visit Nishant Garden and Shalimar Garden. In the evening, indulge in a Shikara Ride on the famous Dal Lake.

SRINAGAR – GULMARG – SRINAGAR (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a journey to Gulmarg, which is approximately 60 kilometers away and takes about 1 hour to reach.

Gulmarg, often referred to as “The Meadow of Flowers,” is located at an elevation of 2730 meters above sea level and is renowned for having some of the world’s best ski slopes. Nestled amidst the stunning peaks of the Himalayan ranges, Gulmarg is a breathtaking picnic spot that attracts various tourists. It boasts lush green landscapes, beautiful gardens, serene lakes, and pleasant weather during the summers and falls. Gulmarg’s picturesque surroundings, vibrant gardens with captivating flowers, and fragrant air make it a captivating destination. It is especially popular as one of India’s premier ski resorts, receiving heavy snowfall in winter. The region surrounding Gulmarg features some of the highest ski slopes in India.

One of the highlights of Gulmarg is the longest and highest cable car project in Asia, providing a breathtaking and unforgettable experience. Guests also have the option to explore other snow activities at an additional cost (direct payment basis).

Later, drive back to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

SRINAGAR – SONAMARG – SRINAGAR (B/L/D)

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, and then embark on a picturesque drive to Sonamarg, which is approximately 85 kilometers away and takes around 2 hours.

Sonamarg, situated at an altitude of 3,000 meters above sea level, is known as the “meadow of gold.” The journey to Sonamarg takes you through the stunning Sindh Valley, which is the largest tributary of the

Kashmir Valley. The valley stretches for over sixty miles, transforming from deep rock-girt gorges to open grassy meadows dotted with villages. Sonamarg is nestled amidst this natural beauty, with snow-capped mountains against a clear blue sky. The Sindh River flows through the valley, offering excellent opportunities for trout and mahseer fishing, including the prized snow trout. During the summer months, you can hire ponies to take you to the Thajiwas Glacier, a major attraction in the area.

The climate in Sonamarg is invigorating, though there is frequent but not heavy rainfall, except for a few days in July and August, with pleasant intervals in between.

SRINAGAR – PAHALGAM – SRINAGAR (B/X/D)

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, and then embark on a scenic drive to Pahalgam, which is approximately 110 kilometers away and takes around 3 hours.

Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or hotel.

After lunch, visit Baisaran Valley, often referred to as “Mini Switzerland.” Here, you can enjoy a horse ride amidst breathtaking landscapes and pristine natural beauty.

Later, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
